Shipping Overview
Packages ship via USPS Ground Advantage for most orders. Heavy or large item may be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or 3rd party freight. Additional shipping options are not provided during checkout and there is no guarantee of any shipping method. In the event that a shipping method is unable to deliver as evidenced by tracking confirmation, the order will be refunded per the Terms of Use.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are $5.00 for invoice total under $100 or 5% for invoice total over $100. Shipping charges include packaging and postage for the shipping and delivery of the order. This fee is refunded if the order is cancelled or unshipped.
Service Fee
5% of the invoice is a non-refundable Service Fee (or Handling Fee) for the unsolicited use of services provided on the website Home.RepairParts.co, including order confirmation page access and buyer account access, which are provided only after electronic acknowledgement and agreement with these Terms of Use, and the completion of a purchase transaction. The Service Fee is not part of the purchase price of the product and will not refunded upon return, voluntary cancellation, involuntary cancellation, or dispute.
International Shipping
International Shipping is offered at checkout for customers/shipping addresses outside of the United States of America. All International orders are shipped via USPS Priority International due to the tremendously long ship times and high lose rate of USPS First Class International. Therefore, the cost of shipping is significantly higher, and Free Shipping is not provided.
Please expect delays of 2-8 weeks in Customs.
Promised Fulfillment Period
All items purchased from Home.RepairParts.co are shipped within the "Promised Fulfillment Period" of 30 calendar days, and you expressly agree to receive any items purchased within this timeframe, regardless of shipping option selected. We make no promise, express or implied, that any item purchased will be shipped or delivered within any timeframe other than 30 calendar days.
