1) Orders will deliver in 30 calendar days - Orders will be shipped and delivered within the Promised Fulfillment Period of 30 Calendar Days unless otherwise agreed upon by both the buyer and seller. No earlier shipping date is promised or implied.
2) All sales are final - Cancellations and returns are only authorized at our sole discretion and may be denied for any reason.
3) Handling Fee - 3% of the invoice (minimum $2.50) is a non-refundable Handling Fee for the unsolicited use of services provided on the website Home.RepairParts.co, including order confirmation page access and buyer account access, which are provided only after electronic acknowledgement and agreement with these Terms of Use, and the completion of a purchase transaction. The Handling Fee is not part of the purchase price of the product and will not refunded upon return, voluntary cancellation, involuntary cancellation, or dispute.
4) Disputing funds is prohibited - You agree to waive financial dispute and instead agree to work with us towards a resolution. In the event that funds are withheld for any reason, you agree to the assessment of a $1,000.00 Collection Fee to be added to your account and/or delinquent balance.
5) Authoring slanderous third party reviews is prohibited - You agree to refrain from authoring any review of Home.RepairParts.co or its affiliates that is unrelated to the goods or services offered by or available at such party's website or is clearly false or misleading, in accordance with Federal Trade Commission regulations.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
Most of the 35,000 items we sell are considered "Special Order" or "Specialty" items, as we primarily sell hard-to-find repair parts. Although we cannot guarantee a specific shipping time for any order, many orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
SHIPPING
You explicitly agree to the published Shipping Policy. All items purchased from Home.RepairParts.co are shipped within the "Promised Fulfillment Period" of 30 calendar days, and you expressly agree to receive any items purchased within this timeframe, regardless of shipping option selected. We make no promise, express or implied, that any item purchased will be shipped or delivered within any timeframe other than 30 calendar days.
PREMIUM SHIPPING
Premium Shipping options may include Expedited or Priority Shipping. Expedited Shipping means "beginning of the line," or your order is fulfilled before other orders placed prior to your order being placed. Priority Shipping is a USPS Shipping Class, and is considered an upgrade to First Class and Parcel Select. In the event that an item was purchased with Premium Shipping, and the Premium Shipping option is unavailable, we will offer a partial refund equal to the amount paid for Premium Shipping. PURCHASING EXPEDITED SHIPPING DOES NOT GUARANTEE SHIPPING WITHIN ANY PERIOD OF TIME, AS EXPEDITED SHIPPING IS SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF THE ITEM ORDERED.
APARTMENTS, CONDOMINIUMS, & RESIDENTIAL SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Any order that includes an item or items which require special handling, 3rd party courier service, freight, or any special services which would prohibit the use of standard parcel delivery (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx) will be delivered at the first level, ground floor, or most accessible location, to a recipient capable of receiving the order.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE
There is no guarantee of return, refund, or exchange for any item, order, or transaction. We reserve the right to deny any request for return, refund, or exchange for any reason. All transactions are final upon deliver attempt, including incorrect shipping address, incorrect forward address, or refusal.
All Return Requests must be submitted from within your account on home.repairparts.co, and a Return Authorization must be provided in order to receive any refund.
Home.RepairParts.co does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, Home.RepairParts.co does not take title to the refunded item. For more information about our returns and refunds, please see our Return Policy. All voluntary returns are subject to a non-negotiable 40% Minimum Restocking Fee, or $10.00, whichever is greater.
CANCELLATIONS
When an order is placed, the system begins processing immediately. An invoice is created, the ordered items are picked and packaged, and a shipping label is created. In many cases, a "Special Order" is placed with a vendor/distributor which cannot be refunded. Due to the "Special Order" status of most of the items we sell, cancellations are rare and only provided at the sole discretion of Home.RepairParts.co. We reserve the right to be deny a cancellation request for any reason. All order cancellations will be subject to a 20% Restocking Fee which shall be deducted from any refund that is issued.
CREDIT CARD DISPUTES, CHARGE-BACKS, CLAIMS, AND LAWSUITS
By using the website home.repairparts.co and/or purchasing on the website home.repairparts.co, you expressly waive and forfeit any and all claims regarding your purchase within 30 Calendar Days of the date you place your order. By using the website home.repairparts.co and/or purchasing on the website home.repairparts.co, you expressly agree to pay any balance that is denied payment, charged-back, or refused by the credit card, merchant, or payment method that was used for the purchase of the ordered item(s). By using the website home.repairparts.co and/or purchasing on the website home.repairparts.co, you expressly agree that any unpaid balance or monies from an order that is not paid in full, along with the $1,000 Collection Fee, can, and will, be sent to collections and included as a delinquency on your personal credit report.
At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to resolve any dispute by binding arbitration, rather than in court. The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law apply to this agreement. There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and court review of an arbitration award is limited. However, an arbitrator can award on an individual basis the same damages and relief as a court (including injunctive and declaratory relief or statutory damages), and must follow the terms of these Conditions of Use as a court would.
We each agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration we each waive any right to a jury trial. We also both agree that you or we may bring suit in court to enjoin infringement or other misuse of intellectual property rights.
